fundraising platform for multiple online tools where a nonprofit organization can create, distribute, manage, and analyze a suite of online donation products to help increase their total incoming donations.
Understanding the nuances of users through research and analysis, and how it affects design, was a critical component to working on iDonate's fundraising platform. Contributing questions to our research team and A/B testing various design choices resulted in a strong product design. As the design lead for their large suite of products in the online donations space, the main challenge was to present the many tools and guide the user through the ecosystem in a way that they understood the data they were looking at, in order for them to increase conversions in their mobile, online, and physical locations.
As with all my projects, I tapped into my branding background deeply to influence how I designed this immersive product experience.
